Location: Birmingham and surrounding areas
Contract: Part-Time / Flexible Hours
Pay: £25 per hour (higher rates available for small group tuition)

Role Overview
We are seeking passionate and reliable Tutors to deliver high-quality, personalised tuition across Birmingham. This role involves supporting school-aged pupils and young adults in English, Maths, Science, or ESOL.
You will assess learners’ needs, design tailored lesson plans, and deliver engaging sessions that promote measurable academic progress and confidence. Tutors with QTS or CELTA/TEFL qualifications are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Support learners with varied academic and social-emotional needs
* Provide clear feedback to parents, schools, and stakeholders
* Maintain accurate records of sessions and outcomes

Requirements
* Background in education, teaching, tutoring, or youth work
* Strong lesson planning and assessment skills
* QTS preferred; CELTA/TEFL required for ESOL roles
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
