Role Overview
We are looking for a Manager of Business Development to lead a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs). You will be responsible for training, coaching, and mentoring a team executing fast-paced outbound sales for a high volume of accounts. Your duties include overseeing daily team tasks, ensuring professional growth, and collaborating with sales leadership to achieve results.
Responsibilities
1. Build a culture of collaboration, learning, and high performance within the Digital Sales organization.
2. Manage and motivate BDR team, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
3. Conduct regular call coaching, opportunity reviews, one-on-ones, and team meetings.
4. Lead team performance to meet quotas and sales objectives.
5. Support strategic initiatives and foster a high-energy, high-activity environment.
6. Provide product and business knowledge training to team members.
7. Drive efforts to identify, qualify, and generate high-quality sales meetings.
8. Identify target markets and develop creative outreach strategies.
9. Collaborate with global teams to improve CRM and sales processes.
10. Monitor key metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
11. Create reports and dashboards on team performance.
12. Provide feedback to improve outbound efforts.
Candidate Profile
1. High drive, self-motivation, and accountability.
2. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4. Proven leadership and mentorship skills.
5. Minimum 2-3 years managing a digital sales team and 5 years in sales/business development.
6. Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
