Requirements
Must have:
- Proven experience as a Service Designer on Central Government projects - Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and agile methodologies - Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver user-centred services that address fraud prevention and detection - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including product managers, developers, and policy experts - Conduct research and analysis to understand user needs and pain points - Create service blueprints, journey maps, and prototypes to communicate design solutions - Ensure services are accessible, inclusive, and meet government service standards
