Adult Services - Supporting Living, Poole & Bournemouth
We are looking to recruit a female on-call assistant to join our Supported Living team providing care to adults with disabilities in their own homes. Our Supported Living Team works around the clock, 24/7, 365 days a year. There are many diverse characters you will meet and get to know in this role.
*Due to current service demands, we require a FEMALE On-Call Support Assistant*
Hours: 35 hours per week on a 2-week rolling rota (shifts may vary)
Week 1:
* Mondays: 7am-Midday & 5pm-10pm (On call overnight until 7am Tuesday)
* Fridays: 7am-10pm (On call overnight until 7am Saturday)
* Saturdays: 7am-5pm
Week 2:
* Sundays: 7am-10pm (On call overnight until 7am Monday)
* Fridays: 7am-10pm (On call overnight until 7am Saturday)
Role responsibilities include:
* Providing excellent support and care
* Maintaining accurate daily records
* Supporting with daily living tasks to promote independence
Essential skills required:
* Full UK manual driving licence
* Understanding of resource management and planning
* Ability to manage own workload
