The Role
We are seeking a proactive Production Coordinator to join our Sourcing & Production department. This pivotal role serves as the primary link between our internal teams and external global partners, ensuring a seamless flow of product into our business. You will be responsible for monitoring supplier performance and navigating logistical timelines to guarantee on‑time delivery.
Supplier experience and strong relationship building skills are important for this role, as well as the ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. You’ll have good Excel skills and be an analytical thinker.
About the Team
Based at our East London Studios, you will report to the Global Director of Responsible Sourcing & Supplier Relations.
* Proven experience managing suppliers and building collaborative, long‑term partnerships
* Strong Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) for tracking and reporting
* Manage the critical path and lead times, ensuring timely delivery of product into the business
* Create and maintain monthly performance reports for vendors, tracking relevant metrics
* A sharp eye for detail and the ability to interpret data to solve complex production challenges
* Work with the wider product teams to ensure critical path deadlines are being hit, resulting in a timely delivery of stock into the business
* Maintain accurate data on our systems and trackers
* Audit supplier invoices and performance reports to ensure compliance with contractual SLAs
* Collaborate with logistics and warehousing teams to ensure timely delivery of product
* The ability to pivot quickly in response to changing priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy
What we’re looking for (skills & qualifications)
* Proven experience in a similar role within a retail environment
* Proficient on Google Sheets/Excel
* Experience in managing and delivering a critical path
* Excellent relationship building skills
* Proactive, independent thinker with a keen eye for detail
* Ability to prioritise workload in a fast‑moving and ever‑changing environment
* A natural curiosity to dig into data and find the "why"
* Footwear experience
* Previous experience of managing footwear product development
