At Morrisons, we’re always looking at how we can make things better for our customers and colleagues. Our Retail Support Office plays a key role in making sure the changes and improvements we plan at Head Office land smoothly in our stores.
We’re looking for a Support Office Manager - Capacity & Price to join our team. This is a critical role in helping our stores manage workload, plan for upcoming changes, and deliver the best possible shopping experience for our customers.
What You’ll Do:
In this role you’ll be the link between head office plans and store operations, making sure activity is carefully planned, clearly communicated and achievable in store. You’ll:
* Manage the Retail Capacity Plan, ensuring changes are delivered in the right stores at the right time.
* Oversee price and label volumes, making sure stores can deliver accurate and timely pricing for customers.
* Lead the Retail Trail Forum, working with the wider business to ensure any new initiatives with a store impact follow correct processes.
* Communicate and engage with retail teams around range activity, supporting smooth rollouts of new and updated ranges.

You’ll be part of a fast-paced, supportive team where your work directly impacts our colleagues and customers. You’ll be leading a small team, making a real difference to how we deliver retail at Morrisons. We’re looking for someone who:
* Has strong organisational and planning skills, with an eye for detail.
* Can balance multiple priorities and keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
* Enjoys working collaboratively across different teams and business areas.
* Brings great communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex plans for store operations.
