We are seeking a dedicated and talented individual to support the maintenance, implementation and ongoing development of our pay and reward framework. As a Reward Analyst, you will work closely with the Reward Manager to provide specialist and analytical insight, forming the foundation of our reward strategy.

* Location: Head Office, Sheffield, S35 2PW
* Working Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday
* Contract: Permanent
Your main responsibilities:
* Benchmarking positions for recruitment and promotions
* Providing analysis and insights to key internal stakeholders
* Maintaining bonus target records throughout the year
* Supporting equity analysis and gender pay gap reporting
* Preparing data for the annual pay review
* Keeping pay and reward systems accurate and up to date
What you need to succeed:
* Experience within total reward and/or compensation
* A working knowledge of MS Excel (including formulas and pivot tables)
* A passion for numbers and analysis
* Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
* Effective communication and presentation skills
* A growth mindset and a positive approach to change
