Role Summary
It’s time to get into the festive spirit! We’re on the hunt for seasonal Customer Hosts to join our community of happy customers. With the excitement of the holiday season, our shops can become very busy, so we need someone who brings sparkle to the team and makes this Christmas unforgettable.
You’ll help our store teams have meaningful and memorable conversations with customers, discuss product features and benefits, and recommend the perfect items to meet their needs. This position is ideal for someone who wants to enjoy a fun, team‑based environment while learning new skills. You’ll work alongside others who share your values.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a magical Christmas experience by engaging customers with friendly, knowledgeable service.
* Discuss product features, benefits, and recommendations with customers to meet their needs.
* Work as part of a team to manage high‑volume shop periods during the holiday season.
* Maintain a professional and festive store appearance at all times.
* Adhere to company policies regarding security, cash handling, and promotions.
Qualifications
* Experience in retail or customer‑service roles preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
* Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holiday periods as required.
