and are looking for talented, motivated individuals to join us as Partner Agents.
About the Role
As a Partner Agent, you'll represent
The Agency Group
within your chosen local area — building your own business under our respected national brand.
You'll have full flexibility to manage your time, clients, and earnings, while benefiting from our branding, marketing, technology, and back-office support.
This is a self-employed position with uncapped earning potential.
We'll provide the tools, training, infrastructure and
properties to work on immediately
— you bring the drive, professionalism, and passion for property.
Key Responsibilities
* Prospect and secure new property listings within your area
* Build strong relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers, and tenants
* Manage the sales and lettings process from valuation to completion
* Deliver exceptional client service and uphold The Agency Group's brand standards
* Actively market properties using our premium tools, social channels, and CRM
* Collaborate with fellow Partner Agents and share insights and opportunities

Who We're Looking For
You might be:
* An experienced agent seeking independence and higher earning potential
* A sales or customer-service professional ready to transition into property
* A self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships
You don't need years of experience — we'll guide you through onboarding, training, and setup so you can launch with confidence.
Earnings Example
Partner Agents typically earn between £55,000 – £100,000+ year 1, £135,000+ year 2 (and so on) depending on performance and volume.
You'll invoice The Agency Group directly as a self-employed individual (Ltd or Sole Trader) and manage your own income and tax.
