Work collaboratively with professionals - Partner with teachers and specialists to design and implement tailored education plans (IEPs) that reflect each student's unique needs. Offer emotional and behavioural guidance - Contribute to a calm, supportive setting where students feel secure, encouraged, and ready to thrive. Build meaningful connections - Serve as a trusted link between students, school staff, and families, promoting open dialogue and shared support. Monitor progress and provide input - Observe student development and share thoughtful feedback that contributes to ongoing improvement. About You: Experience with children - Especially those with SEND, in educational or care settings.
