1. nursing qualification at degree or higher
2. nmc register
3. SACT qualification
4. advanced communication skills
5. Psychological support level 2 trained
Desirable criteria
6. recognised leadership or management course
7. masters qualification
8. physical assessment course
9. non medical prescribing
Experience
Essential criteria
10. oncology experience
11. Band 6 experience or above
12. SACT administration
13. evidence of triaging and managing acutely unwell patients

14. participate in nurse led clinics
