About your team
The Global Market Data team at FIL manages vendor relationships, maintains accurate data and inventory, optimises costs, and delivers strategic insights to support investment decisions across all asset classes and regions.
About your role
We are seeking a Market Data Process & Delivery Lead to drive innovation and operational excellence across our global Market Data function. This role will lead the review and redesign of existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable frameworks that support strategic goals. A key focus will be improving collaboration between Market Data Administration, Vendor Management, and shared service teams such as Finance, HR, Procurement, and Legal. You'll oversee initiatives around budget management, supplier risk, and procurement governance, ensuring our operating model is robust and future-ready. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional process improvements, standardising workflows across regions, and developing reporting frameworks to track spend, KPIs, and performance. Acting as a central point for BAU coordination, you'll foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. This is a strategic, high-impact role offering broad exposure and the opportunity to shape the future of Market Data delivery at FIL.
About you
Key skills include strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into action, strong leadership across diverse teams, and deep operational expertise in Market Data. Candidates must have 15+ years' experience, strong vendor and licensing knowledge, and proficiency in budget and financial frameworks. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement, along with experience in inventory systems and data-driven decision-making, are essential to succeed in this high-impact, cross-functional role.
