About the Role
Due to the success of the business they are now seeking a Registered Manager to join them to oversee the service alongside the Head of Operations! They have huge plans for expansion with the addition of new supported living provisions so it’s a great time to join as there will be plenty of opportunity for future progression!
Responsibilities
* Driving the growth of the service
* Increasing care house
* Recruitment and training of staff
* Assessments of new referrals
* Working closely with local authorities and commissioners to ensure individuals are given the right level of support
