Trainee Dental Nurse
Location: Ashford
Salary: From£10.50 per hour for employees aged 18–20; National Minimum Wage applies for employees aged 21 and over.

Role Responsibilities
Provide chairside assistance to clinicians
Prepare and maintain the clinical environment, ensuring all instruments are sterilised and equipment is ready
Support with all treatments
Maintain accurate patient records and follow all clinical protocols
Assist with decontamination, sterilisation, and cross-infection control procedures
Deliver excellent patient care, helping patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit
Mix dental materials and prepare instruments for treatment
Manage stock levels and ensure surgeries are fully equipped
Requirements
Enrolled on a relevant dental nursing course - we will be willing to enrol the right candidate on the relevant nursing course.
A minimum of a few months experience working within a dental practice would be preferable.
Strong communication skills and a patient-focused attitude
Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
Reliable, organised, and committed to completing training#
Interest in developing clinical skills in a professional environment
