What you'll do
1. Develop and implement PAM policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
2. Monitor PAM activities and alerts to detect potential security breaches or policy violations and take appropriate actions.
3. Conduct regular audits and assessments of the PAM system to identify and address any security gaps or vulnerabilities.
4. Work with auditors to and supply evidence as required.
5. Work with teams across different territories and areas of Sky, building relationships and improving Sky's privileged security baseline.
6. Be familiar designing and implementing closed loop credential management workflows.
7. Stay ahead of the security curve and make best practice recommendations to senior management (NIST, NCSC etc.)
8. Be able to work autonomously on complex projects, gathering key information and making appropriate recommendations.
