Your Role
As the Learning Technology & Content Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing, developing, and delivering engaging learning experiences through digital platforms. Your creativity and expertise will shine as you create and curate high-quality learning content that supports both digital and in-person experiences. You will also ensure our Learning Management System (LMS) operates smoothly and efficiently, maintaining the quality and consistency of our materials while managing relationships with both internal and external learning suppliers.
This is a home-based role, with occasional travel required to meet the needs of the business, which may involve overnight stays.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the LMS: Collaborate with our Global and European teams to ensure the platform is user-friendly and performs optimally for all GB colleagues.
* Content Curation: Maintain and evolve our learning libraries, ensuring easy discoverability and relevance of content.
* Support and Guidance: Provide scalable end-user support, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement system improvements.
* Engaging Learning Materials: Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and deliver high-quality learning materials, including e-learning, videos, and toolkits.
* Budget Management: Own the learning budget, track spending, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
Who You Are
We are seeking an experienced learning professional with:
* A strong background in managing Learning Management Systems like Workday Learning, Cornerstone, or SuccessFactors.
* Hands-on experience in learning content creation or instructional design.
* Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
* Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
* A solid understanding of budgeting processes and financial tracking.
* A commitment to data accuracy and a keen eye for detail.
* A passion for accessibility and inclusion in the learning space.
