What the Insurance Customer Adviser job involves 1. Speaking to new and existing customers over the telephone and via email 2. Processing and administration of all insurance policies within the department. 3. Dealing with new insurance business administration, renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims, queries, premium financing arrangements, and any possible broking risks to insurers. 4. Collecting payments in line with the Company and client expectations.
