We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join a well-established Service Centre team based in Wellingborough. This is a varied and administration-heavy role, working closely with engineers and warehouse staff to process customer returns and ensure the smooth running of the service department.
Location: Wellingborough
Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Duties:
1. Receive and process all customer returns accurately and efficiently
2. Fulfil warranty requirements by issuing credits or replacement products in line with procedures
3. Liaise with suppliers regarding warranty claims and spare parts
4. Provide general after-sales support, including preparing quotations and answering queries
5. Maintain accurate records and update systems with relevant data
6. Assist in developing and maintaining departmental processes
7. Support reporting and communication within the team
