Location: Ideally, candidates should reside in the Outer London area.

What will you be doing?

We have over 40 Condition Monitoring Engineers in the UK conducting vibration analysis, remote data analysis, thermography surveys, and more. We are seeking Reliability Engineers specializing in Thermography to join our team.

As a Reliability Engineer for BES Asset Reliability, your responsibilities will include:

1. Performing condition-based maintenance (CBM) using thermography.
2. Collecting data—analyzing equipment performance, failure data, and maintenance history.
3. Assessing and reporting on machine performance, recommending improvements.
4. Specifying, setting up, and installing online and wireless systems or remote sensors.
5. Providing exceptional customer service and representing our company professionally.

Requirements:

* Background in engineering within marine, rail, or manufacturing environments (preferred).
* Level 1 Thermography certification or working towards it (desirable).
* Experience with Thermography data collection and analysis, especially electrical defect identification.
* Mechanical Engineering qualification (Level 3 or higher) is highly regarded.
* Flexibility to work away and travel as needed.
* Full UK driving license.
