Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Technician – 6–12 Month Contract
Location: Coventry (CV4) | Salary: £41,000 | Hours: 3‑Shift Rotation (Early, Late, Night)
What You’ll Do
* Maintain, repair, and optimise production machinery to reduce downtime
* Tackle mechanical and electrical faults with precision
* Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance to keep operations seamless
* Assist in sourcing spares and consumables, ensuring nothing slows production
* Collaborate with external engineers and contractors on site
* Deliver crystal‑clear shift handovers and maintain safety compliance
What You Bring
* Time‑served apprenticeship in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
* NVQ Level 3 or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* Experience with ABB robots & Siemens software is a bonus
* 18th Edition Electrical Installation qualification is a plus
* Proven maintenance experience in manufacturing/production environments
* Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
