Working Hours: 35 hours, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
1. Working with our valued clients to understand requirements and manage cases in line with service level agreements and best practice
2. Taking precognitions
3. Requesting and reviewing medical records
4. Instructing expert witnesses to prepare reports
5. Intimating letters of claim to Health Professionals and Health Boards
6. Reporting to the supervising Solicitor and Partner
7. Drafting letters of instruction to Counsel
8. Assisting with expert consultations
9. Reviewing offers
10. Responding to clients via telephone, letters and email
11. Liaising with and providing administrative support for case handlers
12. Working with our case management system to update and maintain on a daily basis
