National Business Development Manager / Reseller Channel
Overview
We are seeking a National Business Development Manager to oversee reseller channels within the healthcare and assistive technology sectors. This role involves developing new business opportunities and managing existing trade partnerships across the UK.
Salary & Benefits
Up to £40k basic salary DOE, uncapped commission, company van, and excellent corporate benefits.
Location
UK Wide, ideally based in the West Midlands.
About the Company
Our client is a market-leading manufacturer of assisted bathing solutions designed for mobility-inhibited consumers. They produce made-to-order products sold through trade partners such as mobility retailers, bathroom retailers, plumbers, and merchants.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. Develop and expand business through channel optimization and strengthening trade partner relationships.
2. Manage relationships across the UK, involving significant travel and overnight stays.
3. Collaborate with central marketing, PR, and lead generation teams.
4. Utilize Dynamics 365 for sales management, working towards monthly and annual targets.
5. Contribute to the company's growth strategy, focusing on KPI and target achievement.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
1. A strong commercial drive and a winning mentality.
2. Experience in reseller channel development and senior sales management in B2B/B2C environments.
3. Robust, structured, target-oriented, and proactive in establishing long-term relationships.
4. The ability to open doors and build relationships with demanding customers in a competitive environment.
