Overview
We are working with clients who are looking for Group Financial Controllers who will oversee and manage all financial operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency within the accounting and finance department. The roles require expertise in financial reporting, planning, and analysis within the industrial and manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports.
* Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
* Manage and lead the accounting and finance team effectively.
* Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts.
* Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making.
* Implement and improve financial controls and processes.
* Liaise with external auditors and stakeholders as required.
* Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.
Qualifications
* A recognised accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
* Prior experience in financial management within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
* Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance requirements.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
