As an experienced Estimator, you’ll need a solid workshop background and strong knowledge of Audatex, along with a full UK driving licence. You’ll be responsible for assessing a wide variety of vehicle marques, staying up to date with repair methodologies, and keeping on top of insurers’ and manufacturers’ guidance and bulletins. Responsibilities Work efficiently in a fast-paced bodyshop environment. Apply the correct repair methods, producing work in line with factory specifications and customer expectations. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with clients, insurers, and colleagues. Qualifications Completed a recognised apprenticeship as a Vehicle Damage Assessor. Technical qualification (NVQ / ATA / IMI / SVQ). Proven experience in a busy Bodyshop environment. Strong self-motivation and attention to detail.
