As a Graduate TA, you will work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons, provide one-to-one and small group support, and assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities Support the teacher in delivering high-quality lessons Provide one-to-one and small group interventions in literacy and numeracy Assist in teaching phonics, reading, and writing Adapt activities through differentiation to meet pupils’ needs Offer SEND support and strategies for children with additional needs Support EAL learners with language development Help with classroom management and behaviour strategies Prepare and organise learning resources and materials Be a positive role model and promote pupil independence Requirements Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification Strong understanding of phonics, numeracy, and literacy support Experience with SEND and EAL pupils preferred Excellent communication, empathy, and initiative Ability to work collaboratively within a school team Preferred: Level 3 TA qualification and prior classroom experience Why Apply?
