What You Will Do
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business through proactive outbound calls and handling inbound sales enquiries. You’ll close subscription based sales for a defined set of products and services, working within a clear sales framework with set pricing, contract terms, and margins.
How You Will Do It
* Drive high volume outbound cold calling while also managing inbound sales opportunities
* Follow a clearly defined sales process to close subscription sales within fixed pricing and contract guidelines
* Maximise conversion rates by delivering persuasive, value-led sales conversations
* Increase overall deal value by identifying the best product fit and upsell opportunities
* Take full ownership of the sales cycle, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional customer journey

* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Experience in customer service or sales environments
* Confidence in managing outbound and inbound telesales conversations
* Ability to follow a structured process while delivering an excellent customer experience
* Drive to hit and exceed sales targets
