Although the school is mainstream, the role includes elements of SEN support, so experience supporting children with additional needs is essential. What We’re Looking For To be considered, you must have at least one year of experience supporting KS2 pupils — ideally within a mainstream setting, though SEN experience is highly beneficial. We’re looking for someone confident, proactive, and able to support both whole-class learning and targeted SEN needs.
