Your new roleAs an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping a high‑performing, people‑focused culture across the organisation. This FTC opportunity offers broad generalist responsibility with a particular focus on Employee Relations (ER). You will partner closely with Heads of Departments, managers and stakeholders to deliver strategic and operational HR support across the employee lifecycle.In this role, you will:
1. Lead all Employee Relations cases – from low‑level matters toplex casework.
2. Oversee Talent Management initiatives including succession planning, talent reviews and annual calibration.
3. Work collaboratively with HR colleagues across Operations, Reward, L&D and Recruitment to deliver seamless people initiatives.
4. Support senior HR leadership on strategic projects.
5. Contribute to workforce planning activities, including headcount reporting and analysis.
6. Ensure HR policies and procedures remain aligned with current employment legislation.
7. Champion Diversity, Equity and Inclusion across HR activities.
8. Support junior team members through coaching and guidance.
9. Lead or participate in HR metrics, reporting and additional ad‑hoc projects.
What you’ll need to succeedYou will bring:
10. Demonstrable HR generalist experience (, HR Advisor or HRBP), with strong Employee Relations expertise.
11. Experience or knowledge of the London market or wider professional services (desirable but not essential).
12. Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, best practice and employment law.
13. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence interacting with employees and leaders at all levels.
14. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
15. Confidence working with quantitative and qualitative data to provide meaningful insight.
16. Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills.
17. Experience using Workday or similar HRIS (beneficial but not essential).
