We are looking to bring on board a successful candidate to take up the position of Customer Service & Transport Coordinator on a permanent contract, to join a busy, fast-paced team based at our customer site in Hadleigh, near Ipswich.
We need someone that has a passion for speaking to people and not be scared of juggling various tasks at any one time. If this sounds like something for you then read on!

Were looking to offer a salary of up £30,000per annum depending on experience. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What youll do on a typical day:
Distributing Daily Reports
Dealing with day-to-day transport issues from drivers at delivery points to the customer chasing up ETAs
Booking specialist vehicles on a daily basis along with allocation of smaller volumed deliveries to the XPO internal pallet network
Proactively seek to prevent issues and when issues do arise, find out-the-box solutions to keep our service levels running to the highest possible level
