We are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to join a leading Care Home in Llandovery.
The home in question is a registered charity providing a rural residential home for adults with learning disabilities and the residents are top priority. The home promotes personal growth and development whilst also recognising each residents individual strengths and building with them to encourage, strengthen and promote their individual path.
As Registered Manager you will:
- Manage the daily running of the home, leading and developing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations whilst delivering high-quality person-centered care to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
- Use your QCF Level 4 or 5 qualification t full advantage and display proven management experience in a similar setting, a strong understanding of risk and health & safety, and excellent communication and leadership skills. ...
