What You’ll Be Doing

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Client Manager within our PayByPhone division. This position falls under our IVP line of business and is located in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. In this role, you will manage and grow relationships with existing PayByPhone clients, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth, act as the trusted point of contact for clients in the Fleet and Mobility sectors, delivering value, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for upsell and cross‑sell. You will report directly to the UK Commercial Director as part of the PayByPhone Business team and regularly collaborate with the rest of the UK Commercial team as well as our Global Operations and Marketing teams.


How We Work

As a Client Manager you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment with three days in the office and two remotely. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

* Assigned workspace in Hatfield office plus a home office set up
* Company‑issued equipment + remote access


Role Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of B2B clients, building trusted, long‑term relationships
* Understand client goals and challenges, advocating for their needs across internal teams
* Ensure satisfaction through proactive communication, regular check‑ins, and timely support
* Identify and execute upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to maximise account value
* Monitor account health, mitigate churn risks, and support clients in achieving measurable outcomes
* Collaborate with Sales to ensure smooth onboarding and continuity of service
* Work cross‑functionally with Product, Operations, Customer Support, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to resolve issues and enhance client experience
* Share client insights to inform campaigns, pricing, and product improvements
* Track performance, satisfaction, and growth metrics in CRM tool (currently Salesforce)
* Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to your line manager
* Contribute to forecasts, quarterly reviews, and internal reporting

Qualifications & Skills

* Significant experience in Client and relationship Management as well as Sales upselling.
* Significant previous experience of working in a client facing environment.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to gather, analyse and present material clearly and concisely.
* Self‑motivated and able to work as part of a team.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Experience in parking or technology is a benefit.
* Project management skills.
