Principal Accountabilities
* Coordinate and deliver training programs for site teams.
* Audit operational standards and identify skills gaps.
* Support succession planning and career development initiatives.
* Assist the Strategic Account Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks, including payroll management, uniform orders, and minute-taking.
* Ensure compliance with client and company standards across all sites.
* Monitor and report on training effectiveness and operational performance.
* Maintain accurate records of training and audits.
* Work closely with Site Security Managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
* Act as a liaison between the Strategic Account Manager and site teams for training and operational matters.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Proven experience in training coordination or operational support roles.
2. Strong organizational and administrative skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
5. Valid SIA license
