What you can look forward to
Our 27-month rotational Business Management Graduate programme provides unrivalled exposure to different parts of the business and the chance to meet new people and form strong connections. You will understand how we deliver for our customers and be supported by a large UK-wide network. You may gain experience in claims, underwriting, risk assessment, stakeholder reporting, and driving operational excellence, with potential to manage a team. You will challenge yourself, develop a range of skills and networks, oversee projects that deliver value, and grow your professional capabilities.
You will experience an in-depth learning & development programme and complete a Level 6 Senior Insurance Professional Apprenticeship (equivalent to a bachelor’s degree), including the Chartered Insurance Institute ACII qualification.
Responsibilities
Rotational assignments across UK offices with a focus on understanding the business, supporting customers, and contributing to projects that add value. You will work toward building relationships, delivering results, and continuously improving processes. You may be asked to step outside your comfort zone to deliver for customers and colleagues.

Entry Requirements
* You must recently have achieved (within the last three years) or be on track to receive a minimum 2:1 degree from your bachelor’s or equivalent
* At least 96 UCAS points from 3 A-Level subjects (or equivalent)
* A*-C in English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent)
* You must have an indefinite, full right to work and reside in the UK. We cannot accept sponsorship cases. You must have resided in the UK for a minimum of three consecutive years to apply.

Notes
As this is a rotational programme, you may be required to relocate. Zurich operates a hybrid working policy; office attendance is agreed with your line manager at the start of each rotation and must be within a commutable distance.
