Our client is looking for a People Partner who will be remote/home-based but will need to be able to travel across the North & Midlands specifically including: Manchester, Leeds and Leicester. Working for this market-leading specialist, the People Partner leads and owns the people agenda across the Delivery business, acting as the strategic link between the wider People Team and the operation, providing expert knowledge and counsel to enable the teams to achieve their business objectives. You will work cross-functionally with the wider business to understand their needs and define the appropriate strategy for delivering the service offering and associated service levels. Playing a pivotal role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and providing strategic HR support to senior leaders. You will be instrumental in driving performance, talent management, employee engagement, and cultural development within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
