The Role
As a senior leader, you will provide the financial oversight and strategic insight our client needs to stay a market leader. This role requires a balance of strong technical control and forward-thinking commercial thinking.
* Manage all aspects of regional financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
* Act as a critical advisor to the Managing Director and regional board to influence land acquisition and build-out strategies.
* Oversee robust internal controls while streamlining processes to support a fast-paced delivery environment.
* Lead and mentor a dedicated finance function, fostering a culture of precision and continuous improvement.
