Senior IFA Administrator (Our ref AL1396)
Quorn, Nr Loughborough, Leicestershire (Hybrid option available – 3 days in office, 2 days at home)
Salary £26,000 - £29,000 depending on experience
My client is a Chartered Financial Planner and due to continued growth, they now have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team.
The role will be varied and you will work closely with the Director and office manager, in providing a first-class service to their clients. Whilst an individual who wishes to remain in an administrative support role is very much welcomed, there is also the possibility of being supported to take CII qualifications and work towards other roles as they become available.
Main responsibilities:
* Working closely with the Director and Office Manager
* Managing client reviews, both pre-and-post meeting
* Preparing Suitability Reports from templates
* Occasional client facing meetings
* Processing new business and ensuring smooth and timely completion
* Ensuring processes followed and FCA standards are met
* Ensuring compliance requirements are adhered to
* Preparing quotations and valuations
The Ideal Person:
* Wealth Management administration experience
* Knowledge of IFA administration and processes
* Technical knowledge of pensions and investment administration
* IT literate (Microsoft Office etc)
* Knowledge of Intelliflo, FE Analytics and Truth would be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Able to work independently, efficiently & accurately and to use own initiative
* Good time management skills with the ability to manage own workflow
* Used to working to timescales
