The Role
As Paid Media Director, you will:
* Own the agency’s paid media offering (Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, YouTube, emerging channels)
* Define strategic direction across all client accounts
* Build, structure and scale a high-performing paid team
* Lead senior client relationships and drive account growth
* Develop frameworks, processes, and best practice standards
* Work closely with the founders on agency positioning and growth
* Identify new revenue opportunities and service expansion
* Oversee forecasting, resourcing, and department P&L
What We’re Looking For
* 8+ years in performance marketing / paid media
* Proven experience leading and scaling teams
* Strong commercial mindset — understands margin, growth, and retention
* Experience managing six-figure+ monthly ad budgets
* Confident presenting at board / C-suite level
* Ambitious, entrepreneurial and comfortable with autonomy
