Specialising in Property, Personal and Family Law, they now seek an Office Administrator for their Blyth office. As Office Administrator, you will: * Answer incoming telephone calls * Maintain up-to-date records via the firm’s bespoke legal software package * Order office supplies and keep an accurate inventory of stock * Maintain both the electronic and manual filing systems * Support team members with the administration of their caseloads As Office Administrator, you will need: * Good data entry skills * Good working knowledge of Word * Effective communication skills * Well-developed clerical skills * Strong organisational skills * The ability to multi-task * Good attention to detail Salary & benefits: * £22,230 * 20 days holiday bank holidays * Auto-enrolment pension * Free parking * Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
