Responsibilities
You will undertake a full caseload which includes the following:-
1. Divorce
2. Matrimonial finances
3. Children issues
4. Civil Partnership Dissolution
5. Cohabitation and Separation Agreements
6. Pre & Post Nuptial Agreements
Requirements:
7. You will ideally be a NQ to 2 years Family Lawyer
8. You will be able to work effectively within a team, as well as efficiently running your own caseload
9. Must be able to work with other fee earners and seek advice and assistance when needed to develop your skills
10. Organised and enthusiastic and you will be driven to deliver the very best results for the firm
