Rehabilitation Support Worker £15-16p/h Ferrybridge, Knottingley, West Yorkshire The Leader Group are recruiting on behalf of Yorkshire Community Healthcare. We are looking for Support Workers in the Ferrybridge area of West Yorkshire. Your role will involve supporting a woman in her early 50s, who is an amputee. You will be supporting with all personal cares and meal preparation. We are also keen to optimise her engagement in social activities within her local community. Shift Pattern: Hours to be confirmed Full time and Part time available.
