We’re working with a specialist real estate lender who are looking to add to their Development Finance team. This is an excellent role for someone passionate about property development, looking to grow their career in a high-performing and entrepreneurial environment.

Role Purpose
Support the Property Development Directors in managing their portfolio and driving new cases through due diligence, while also contributing to new business activity and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in managing and monitoring an active portfolio, including site visits across the Midlands
* Prepare Credit Memos for extensions and straightforward variations
* Work closely with Directors on new cases, ensuring smooth due diligence and issue resolution with borrowers, professional teams, and Credit
* Provide initial screening of new development enquiries and opportunities
* Support broker relationship management and help identify new business opportunities
* Attend site and broker meetings alongside Directors
What We’re Looking For
* Strong literacy, numeracy, and IT skills
* Genuine interest in property development and the UK residential market
* Early career experience in banking / lending with ambition to grow
* Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with willingness to travel for site visits and meetings
