About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects within an assigned market or client account, supporting the company's strategic objectives. You will manage projects from initiation through completion within the Project Management function.
What You’ll Do:
* Manage all aspects of project management for real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
* Collaborate directly with clients to define project scope, resources, budgets, schedules, quality, and risks.
* Determine project delivery resources, conduct RFPs, evaluate bids, and recommend resources.
* Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client standards.
* Ensure accurate and timely project data and documentation.
* Lead and guide the project delivery team to meet objectives.
* Create and track action plans, budgets, and schedules; report on progress and variances.
* Identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
* Apply standard principles and procedures to complex assignments, providing innovative solutions.
* Mentor team members and share knowledge across disciplines.
* Lead by example, demonstrating CBRE RISE values, fostering consensus, and influencing stakeholders.
* Impact various customer, operational, and project activities across teams.
* Operate within broad guidelines and policies.
* Communicate complex or sensitive information effectively.
What You’ll Need:
* Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience and education considered.
* Proven project management experience in M&E, FM, construction, or critical environments.
* Experience in data centre markets related to M&E, Fabric, or Whitespace is advantageous.
* Ability to analyze multiple information sources and exercise judgment.
* Willingness to adopt new perspectives on existing solutions.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
* Advanced math skills for financial calculations.
