We’re looking for a Change Practice Lead to partner with senior business and technology leaders to accelerate adoption, embed new ways of working, and deliver sustainable value across regulatory, strategic, and operational transformation initiatives.
About the Role:
* Develop and implement robust change management strategies that enable teams to adapt quickly, build capability, and sustain performance improvements.
* Lead the Business Change Management Council, ensuring alignment across stakeholders on change impacts, training needs, and adoption plans.
* Apply ADKAR and other change management principles to design and deliver pragmatic, people-focused change interventions.
* Deploy change initiatives across departments, managing stakeholders effectively both vertically and horizontally across the organisation.
* Create and execute communications and engagement strategies that clearly articulate the “what, why, and how” of change.
* Establish measurable change plans and KPIs to track adoption, readiness, and benefit realisation.
* Ensure all change and communication decisions align to strategic objectives, regulatory obligations, and operational readiness goals.
About You:
* Proven experience designing and executing change management strategies within large, regulated environments.
* Demonstrable expertise in applying the ADKAR model from a practitioner’s perspective.
* A hands‑on approach — equally comfortable shaping strategy and driving delivery.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing at all levels across multiple departments.
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and drive engagement.
* A Financial Services background is essential; experience within Insurance is strongly preferred.
