About you:
* 6+ years experience working as an Ecologist in the UK
* Strong understanding of UK nature conservation legislation and policy, and development management processes in England and Wales
* Strong, broad experience in habitat and protected species surveys and reports, preliminary ecological appraisals, and Ecological Impact Assessments
* Experience in:
o Project management
o Clients and stakeholder engagement
o Line managing / mentoring junior colleagues (desirable)
o Tendering and fee proposing (desirable)
o Business development (desirable)
* Full UK driving licence with willingness to work away / across the country during relevant seasons
* Eligibility to live and work in the UK
