The role involves supporting the multidisciplinary team within a busy Patient Flow Hub, including organization of filing systems, maintaining service user records, and liaising with external agencies. Responsibilities include ensuring bed states are accurate in real-time, supporting bed flow monitoring, facilitating patient transfers, maintaining confidentiality, providing administrative support, and more.
