Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at the beautiful Links at Oxford. The Maintenance Director oversees all maintenance of the apartment units and office clubhouse. Being reliable with attention to detail is essential for this role. The goal is to ensure the company facilities are maintained adequately to support business operations.

Responsibilities:
* Assigning tasks, creating processes for maintenance requests
* Hiring and training new employees
* Inspecting systems such as plumbing, heating, and HVAC
* Ensuring health and safety policies are compliant
* Monitoring equipment inventory and placing orders
* Performing special projects as assigned
* Managing all aspects of the Maintenance Department including budgeting, scheduling, training, quality control, safety, and compliance
* Communicating with management and staff about maintenance projects
* Inspecting buildings for structural damage or safety issues
* Coordinating with contractors for maintenance updates
* Performing other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in maintenance repairs or management
* CPR Certification
* Knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
* Understanding of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems
* Excellent organizational skills
* Leadership abilities
* Experience in planning maintenance operations
* Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled
