The Role Quest Employment are recruiting for a Conference & Banqueting Assistant to join a busy and high-quality events team.
This is a hands-on role delivering exceptional service across weddings, corporate events, and conferences. Ideal for someone with hospitality experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service to guests
Serve food and beverages to a high standard
Set up and prepare event spaces (weddings, conferences, afternoon teas)
Clear and reset areas efficiently after service
Support smooth delivery of events alongside the wider team
About You Previous experience in banqueting/catering (minimum 3 years)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional, reliable, and well-presented
Proactive and able to work as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Must be 18+ due to alcohol service
Due to the location, you must have a full UK driving licence and access to a car
