IT Service Desk 2nd Line Engineer
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Role Overview:
This role involves providing second-line technical support and resolving complex IT issues for internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Significant experience in a similar support role within a corporate IT environment.
* Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and macOS platforms.
* Excellent communication skills for explaining technical issues to non-technical staff.
* ITIL certification or knowledge of IT service management best practices.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
* Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
* Proficiency with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, including Active Directory and Office 365.
* Ability to work independently and in teams, with proactive problem-solving skills.
