Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Staffordshire
Pay rate: GBP 55,000: GBP 65,000 per annum (including car allowance)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full Time

About The Role
: Own month:end management accounts and commentary for senior leaders
: Lead budget setting and quarterly forecasting cycles
: Partner with HR on salary reviews and bonus frameworks
: Advise leadership on financial strategy and risk management
: Monitor cash flow, working capital, and support treasury management
: Oversee financial statements, reporting, and compliance
: Support strategic decision:making and performance reviews
: Mentor and develop junior finance team members
: Maintain and enhance financial systems, policies, and procedures
Who You Are
: ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with 3:5 years PQE
: Technically strong and commercially minded
: Skilled in leading or mentoring within small teams
: Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
: Strategic, solution:oriented, and confident in driving improvement
: Collaborative, credible, and passionate about business growth
