We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our journey to create an inspiring environment for the children.
We are looking for someone who is organised, creative, calm, caring and kind natured. They will provide support to our Manager and take on leadership responsibilities within the nursery. They will also be expected to work across all the rooms in the nursery to model best practise and support the team.

Skills and requirements
* To hold at least a Level 3 childcare qualification.
* To have worked within early years for a minimum of 5 years.
* To promote and portray the setting's ethos and values through everything they do.
* Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with colleagues, parents and other professionals.
* Good organisation skills.
* Good understanding of children's needs and understanding of child development.
* To be able to observe, comment and write clearly in English.
